If the watch opened or repaired by a 3RD party. It equals that the customer give up the right of our warranty service.

During replacement or repairment, the replaced parts will become the property of FOKSY company.

    Non-automatic Winding watch

    Wind up your watches once a day to keep your watch working well. In order to keep the time correct, please wind up your watch within every 24 hours.

    Winding method: Clockwise twisting the knob without pulling the knob out. Stop winding if the spring is full. Other-wise the watch will be broken

    The watch will wind up itself when you are wearing it. Please wear the watch everyday to make sure it works well

    If you wear the watch again after a dormant period, please swing the watch horizontally for 45 seconds before usage. It will start again automatically.

    If “3ATM”,”waterproof” or “water resistant” is shown in the description, the watch is a water resistant and designed to withstand up to 3 bar. Such as accidental contact with splashes of water or rain, but it is not designed for wearing while showering, swimming or diving.

    The watch will be adversely affected by strong magnetism. Keep the watch away from close contact with magnetic objects.(in the case of mechanical watch, the watch may stagnate or lose time if it stays close to a megnetic)

    It is recommended that the watch be checked once every 2 to 3 years. Have your watch checked by an authorized MCE dealer or sending it back to our MCE customer support center to ensure the case, crown, gasket and crystal seal remain intact.

    To prevent possible rusting of the case and bracelet caused by dust, moisture and perspiration. Wipe them periodically with a soft dry cloth

    Be careful not to expose the watch to solvents (e.g., alcohol and gasoline), mercury(e.g., from a broken thermometer), cosmetic sprays, detergents, adhesives or paints. As the case, bracelet, etc. May become discolored, deteriorate or damaged.

    If your watch has any protective film and/or sticker on the case back, clasp or bracelet. Make sure to peel them off before using your watch. Otherwise, perspiration getting under them may rust the case back, bracelet or clasp.

WARRANTY

In the very unlikely occurrence that you are unsatisfied with your Gents Timepiece or bracelet, there are damages, or you just inherited $100,000 and want a Rolex instead; we offer a 30-day unconditional money back guarantee.

If there is a problem with the quality of the watch you can return it and get full refund within 7 days; replaceable within 30 days; repairable within 365 days. Also, the shipping cost is on us if the return or exchange is caused by our fault.

If your timepiece was damaged in the shipping process please send us a few pictures of the damages within 3 days of receiving to watch@foksywatch.com – we will be in touch and arrange another to be shipped.

Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.

Note: We reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.

General Returns:

1. All products must be returned in their original condition.

2. Mis-shipped products: For mis-shipped items (item received was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee.

3. Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund. (This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor.)

Returning For Replacement Or Refund:

1. Quality Issues:

We will be responsible for an exchange or refund if there are any product quality problems within 30 days of the Customers receiving the item. Customers may need to send the product back to us, and after confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will exchange the product or offer a refund.

2. Non Quality Issues:

For all products, if a customer returns a product, within 7 days after receiving it, for non quality reasons, we will offer a refund of 85% of the original product price. (15% is for the shipping fee which cannot be returned)

Returned products should be in brand new condition with original packaging. If any accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from any refund.
