Recently, I had an experience with a German client that highlighted the importance of quality and service. The client was interested in our newly designed 2024 watch but was also considering a similar, cheaper product from a competitor.
During our discussions, I sensed the client was unsure. I invited him to visit our watch factory in China. He visited the competitor first and then came to see us.
During his visit, we showcased our bright and spacious office, our extensive sample room, and our quick, detailed online customer service. After returning to Germany, the client signed a contract with us a month later.
When I asked why he chose us, he said that although the competitor's price was lower, our Watch quality was better. He was also impressed by our office, the variety of products in our sample room, and our efficient customer service. He felt satisfied with our service and was willing to pay for it.
This experience proved that while price is a factor, superior quality and excellent service are key to winning clients. Moving forward, I will continue to focus on improving our product quality and customer service to stay competitive and gain more clients' trust.
This story reminds me of the value of quality and service and motivates me to keep improving, ensuring we remain strong in a competitive market.
